Catering Sales Executive
Working days & hours: 5days , Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (Weekend events standby support)
Location: Bedok North
Salary : $3000 - $3600 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client's needs for the event
• To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients and to create an overall memorable experience for clients
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.
• Coordination of the booking of catering events and manage key events
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provides after-sales service and to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
• Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
