Join a dynamic finance team where you'll drive cash flow efficiency and manage corporate financing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to enhance corporate banking relationships and oversee trade finance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate cash flow and working capital, ensuring liquidity and efficiency in fund movement.
- Oversee corporate loan portfolios, utilizing effective cash flow forecasting techniques.
- Maintain and manage banking relationships, collaborating with legal counsel on bank facility agreements while exploring new financing opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of banking facility utilization, multi-currency account balances, and fund movements to Korea HQ and Korean speaking stakeholders.
- Handle corporate treasury activities, including foreign exchange risk exposure and implementing hedging strategies.
- Lead trade finance operations, such as negotiating Letters of Credit and managing performance guarantees.
- Conduct credit risk management through liaising with credit research agencies and performing detailed financial analyses of potential customers and vendors.
- Undertake additional finance and treasury duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in international trading companies is required.
- Demonstrated strong background in trade finance, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korea HQ and Korean speaking counterparts.
