Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant cook to join our Korean seafood restaurant near Beuty world (west).

Key Responsibilities:
. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards

. Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations

. Control food costs and manage inventory and supplies

. Manage daily kitchen operations during service hours

. Work closely with management on menu development and procurement

Requirements:

. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Korean or Japanese cook

. Cooking skills with knowledge of authentic Korean cuisine

. Leadership and teamwork skills

. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP)

. Good time management and ability to work under pressure

Salary:

SGD 2,000 - 3,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
