Role Summary

Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between Korean and English during client engagements, workshops, and technical discussions. This role is critical in enabling seamless collaboration between Korean engineering teams and international banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide live interpretation (Korean ↔ English) during meetings, workshops, and executive discussions

- Translate technical discussions related to banking systems, microservices, cloud, and data architecture

- Support documentation translation (presentations, reports, emails)

- Ensure clarity and accuracy in complex technical and business conversations

- Act as a communication bridge between Korean HQ teams and Singapore/APAC clients

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Required Skills & Experience

- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)

- Proven experience in interpretation within IT, banking, or consulting environments

- Strong understanding of technology concepts (cloud, microservices, data, APIs)

- Familiarity with banking or financial services terminology

- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or consulting programs

- Knowledge of core banking systems or digital banking platforms

- Prior experience working with Korean global companies

- Certification in interpretation/translation is a plus
