Knowledge & Training Content Specialist

Faststream Recruitment is working with a global shipping and logistics company undergoing an exciting transformation. We are seeking a Knowledge & Training Content Specialist to join their Singapore team.

What You'll Do

• Curate and manage the digital knowledge base.
• Turn system documentation into engaging learning content (eLearning, videos, quick guides).
• Work with training teams and SMEs to develop learning paths.
• Ensure version control and consistency across all training materials.
• Support training logistics and rollout activities.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design, Communications, L&D, or related field.
• 3-6 years experience in content creation, instructional design, or training documentation.
• Exposure to transformation projects or system implementations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with corporate L&D teams preferred.
