Job Summary
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will assist in managing daily kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth and efficient functioning
- Implement kitchen processes and guidelines to standardize operations
- Monitor ingredient and food supply quality to meet company standards
- Control inventory levels to balance sufficient stock with minimal food wastage and optimal storage use
- Conduct final quality and presentation checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Oversee workflow at workstations to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Enforce compliance with food safety procedures and guidelines throughout kitchen operations
- Manage food and ingredient usage to minimize waste and optimize resource consumption
