Principal Accountabilities
Your main responsibilities as a Crew are to:
- Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
- Be the subject matter expert of all menu items
- Follow all counter service procedures and operate cash register system
- Follow all food preparation procedures to ensure only high quality food is served
- Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean at all times
In addition, your extra responsibilities include the following areas:
- Achieving targeted service time and accuracy standards
- Responding to customers needs immediately in a pleasant manner
- Following performance standards for assigned stations
- Consistently practices food safety, cleanliness and sanitation procedures
- Maintaining suitable inventory level in Food Warmer to meet customers expectation while minimizing wastage
- Following management directions and observing restaurants policies
- Following guidelines on hygiene and personal grooming
- Following cash handling policies and procedures, when applicable
- Performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties as per assigned
- Communicating, Coordinating and Cooperating with co-workers at all times
- Providing assistance to co-workers in accomplishing tasks
- Providing both positive and corrective feedback that affects your shift or restaurant
- Ensuring your work station is cleaned and stocked before leaving it to another co-worker
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Management Team
