KitchenOperations
. Performopening and closing duties.
. Assist the cook in food preparation including frying, cooking soup, and cuttingvegetables and meataccording to SOP.
. Perform Deep frying task, prepare salad, peel egg shell, make gyoza etc.
Food Preparation and Quality
. Store food indesignated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
. Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings andmarinades based on standard recipes.
Safety andCompliance
. Followcompany safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.
Cleaning andDishwashing
. Washpots, pans and trays.
. Placeclean dishes, utensil or cooking equipment in storage area.
KitchenCleanliness and Waste Management
. Maintain cleanliness ofthe dishwashing area, equipment and utensil.
. Throwrubbish at designated area.
. Cleantrash bin.

. Handle anyother duties assigned by Chef.
