JOB EXPECTATION

Ensure proper cleaning of dishes and cutleries as well as assist with other tasks in the kitchen. Primary duties include collecting and proper sanitizing of dishes, glasses, and cutlery, helping with food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to the Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures.
• Ensure food is prepared and cooked with the same level of quality and consistency.
• Ensure proper labeling of food items after preparation.
• Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products.
• Adhere to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines and ensure that the kitchen is well kept and maintained at all times.
