We are seeking a qualified a Kitchen Equipment Service & Maintenance Technician to support long-term service and maintenance operations at large institutional and commercial kitchen facilities in Singapore.
The role involves preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, breakdown response, and documentation to ensure high equipment uptime, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to approved maintenance plans
- Attend to corrective and breakdown maintenance within stipulated response time
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration kitchen equipment
- Ensure equipment availability and service performance targets are met
- Maintain accurate, timely, and proper maintenance records and service reports
- Conduct safety checks, testing, calibration, and functional verification
- Coordinate with site representatives and internal team
Qualifications:
- Any Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Refrigeration / HVAC/ Facilities / Building Services Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Experience in healthcare or commercial facilities will be an advantage
