Kitchen Crew (Multiple Outlets)

Job Description

Yuen Kee Dumplings is an established Chinese F&B brand specialising in traditional dumplings and comfort food. As part of our expansion across multiple outlets in Singapore, we are seeking committed Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations.

This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including dumpling wrapping and ingredient preparation

• Support cooking and daily kitchen operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements

• Prior kitchen or F&B experience preferred (training can be provided)

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Willing to commit to full-time employment

Work Arrangement

• Shift-based working hours (F&B operating hours)

• 5-day/ 5.5-day/ 6-day work week

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Basic Salary: SGD 2,400 - 3,000

• Sales Incentive: Approximately SGD 300 per month (payable upon confirmation, subject to outlet performance)

• Staff meals provided
