Job Description:

  • Involve kitchen operations from food preparation, cook to final production
  • Food preparation will be in accordance with daily operations
  • Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items on the menu
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to kitchen Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Take guest orders and present the food to them with good customer service
  • Maintain food quality and standard any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior cooking experiences would be an added advantage
  • 5-days work week including weekends (44 hours per week and rotating shifts in between 7am to 12am)
  • Possessing hygiene certificate will be an added advantage
