Kitchen Crew (Japanese Cuisine) - 5days | Tanjong Pagar

Working day & hours: 5 days 44hrs
Location : Novena Square / Guoco Tower
Salary : Basic $2800 - $3200 + OT + AWS + Meal Provided

Job Scopes:

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning and plating.
• Ensure food quality, freshness and presentation are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Check and store ingredients and supplies appropriately.
• Assist with stock taking and inventory when required.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
