Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

• Prepare food according to company standards, recipes, and quality requirements

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assist with inventory handling and basic stock preparation

• Work closely with service staff to ensure timely food service

• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Relevant kitchen or F&B experience is preferred experience in Chinese cuisine will be an advantage

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Responsible, disciplined, and a good team player

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage

• Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin for workplace communication & coordination
