Kitchen Crew / Barista

Location: Singapore Management University (Nearby MRT: Dhoby Ghaut/Bras Basah/Bencoolen)

Description:

• Responsible for food preparation and cooking to standard operating procedures
• Responsible for drinks preparation and service
• Practice and ensure good hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen
• Ensure food is stored, prepared and presented in a safe and hygienic manner
• Work together to ensure smooth operations and timely food prep. Assist in cleaning duties.
• Comply with food safety & hygiene requirements.
• Work with team to clean down equipment and station etc.
• Flexibility to handle various tasks & adapt to changing priorities in kitchen.
• 6 day work week (including weekends)

Basic Requirements:

- Able to read and communicate in Basic English

- F&B experience preferred

- Interest in cooking and baking

- Able to adapt quickly to work environment
