Kitchen Crew

. Assist in washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare foods.

. Ensure the kitchen is kept claen and organized at all times. This includes washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.

. Handle basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling food under the chef's guidance.

Assist in maintaining high levels of health and safety standards in the kitchen.
