Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef or Junior Sous Chef in preparing ingredients and mise en place.
  • Cook and assemble dishes according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
  • Ensure the kitchen is fully set up and ready for service each day.
  • Keep all cooking stations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition throughout operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day including a 1-hour break.
  • Flexible to work shifts or varied hours as needed.
  • Previous experience in a Western-style restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a cooperative attitude.
