Kitchen Assistant (Stewarding)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily dishwashing and stewarding duties to ensure cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment
• Support end-of-day closing procedures, including thorough cleaning of kitchen and service areas
• Clean and maintain cook line equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and griddles
• Carry out routine cleaning of walk-in chillers to maintain hygiene standards
• Assist with grease trap and drainage maintenance in coordination with relevant vendors/partners
• Maintain cleanliness of Front-of-House areas, including tables, glass panels, and restrooms
• Perform general cleaning duties for office or commercial spaces as assigned
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• Team player with good attitude and willingness to support kitchen operations
• Prior experience in F&B or stewarding is an advantage but not required

Working Hours:

• 6 days per week
• 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (including breaks, as scheduled)
