Kitchen Assistant

1. Food Preparation

• Wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients (vegetable, meat, seafood)
• Assist cooker in bulk cooking and batching processes
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency

2. Production Support

• Weight and measure ingredients accurately
• Operate basic kitchen equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.)
• Assist in assembling and packing food for delivery to outlets

3. Cleaning & Hygiene

• Clean kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards

4. Inventory & Storage

• Receive and check deliveries
• Store ingredients properly (FIFO method - First In, First Out)
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages

5. Packaging & Dispatch

• Portion and label food items
• Ensure correct packaging for transport
• Assist in loading goods for distribution
