Job Requirements:
- Experience in cooked is required
- Work collaboratively with chef and kitchen team to create and execute the menu
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Young and fit with good stamina is a bonus
- Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle day to day kitchen operation ie (Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)
Job Description:
- Assist the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.
