Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
Prepare ingredients trays for NFS practical lessons/practical exam
1. Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchen (sweep, mop, help clean cooker, table and sink that are not properly cleaned by students and clear waste bin)
2. Assist with food, kitchen equipment and cleaning materials/ equipment order
3. Keep track of ingredients stock and expiry date
4. Clean refrigerator once in June and October
5. Wash and fold kitchen towels and apron (washing machine and dryer available)
6. Contact OM to report defects in kitchen 1 and 2
7. To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, Head of Department (HOD), Operations Manager (OM) or Administration Manager (AM)
