Job Summary

The Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and cooks by preparing food, managing kitchen inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations to deliver high-quality meals safely.

Responsibilities

• Support chefs and cooks by preparing ingredients and assisting in meal production to ensure timely service
• Manage kitchen inventory by monitoring stock levels and organizing supplies to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning work areas and equipment to comply with safety standards
• Coordinate workflow during service to help deliver meals efficiently and safely
• Perform additional kitchen tasks as assigned to support overall kitchen functions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen cook experience
• Familiarity of basic Chinese cooking techniques
• Understand and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Team player and good communication skills.
