KITCHEN ASSISTANT (OPERATOR)

Role Overview: Maintain high hygiene standards across kitchen tools, tableware, and dishwashing areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machinery or manually wash cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware.

• Keep food preparation areas, waste disposal zones, and floors clean and sanitized.

• Unload supply deliveries and store ingredients in designated areas.
