Working hours:
Option 1:
50 hours (5 days 10 hours): 90 minute unpaid break
Option 2:
55 hours (5.5 days 10 hours), 90 minute unpaid break
Option 3:
60 hours (6 days 10 hours): 90 minute unpaid break
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
Sort out and prepare orders based on kitchen SOPs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
Operate different cooking stations: deep fryer, water boiler, induction cooking station
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to avoid shortages
Qualification and Requirements:
O Levels and Above
Language Skills: Ability to speak basic Chinese and English is preferred as you'll be working with a diverse team.
Passionate about providing exceptional service and making every guest feel like family.
Positive and energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
Flexible multitasker who's always ready to pitch in where needed
F&B experience is a plus but not required, training will be provided to enthusiastic individuals
Food Hygiene Certificate is an added advantage
