Main Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story
- Ensure all beverages are made to Lounge and training standards
- Knowledge of product and ensure accuracy
- Skillfully prepare a wide spectrum of beverages, spanning from coffee to an array of hot and cold drink offerings
- Deliver orders promptly
- Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Follow health and safety regulations and hygiene standard
Experience & Skills
- Possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in Hospitality/Hotel/F&B Culinary operations.
- Applicants must possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate.
