Kitchen Assistant

Job Description:

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals in the kitchen, ensuring freshness and quality control during food preparation
• Communicate customer feedback to the supervisor/manager
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the work area
• Provide warm and friendly customer service using F&B skills
• Anticipate and meet customers needs proactively
• Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor/manager when required
• Strictly follow hygiene, health, and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Wash dishes and kitchenware
• Support other team members when necessary

Requirements:

• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
• F&B experience and/or Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided)
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
