Kitchen Assistant

What you will be doing:

• Set up the workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• General housekeeping of kitchen area
• Assist in food preparation and packing of orders
• Keeping food wastage to minimum
• Ensure high quality and consistency in the preparation of all food items at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 year of experience in a similar role
• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Proactive, self-motivated and a team player
• Required to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
