Job Responsibilities

Responsible for washing, sorting, and performing basic cutting and plating of ingredients cleaning the kitchen, pots, and utensils organizing refrigerated and frozen stock, maintaining inventory records, and disposing of waste assisting chefs with food service, plating, and end-of-shift cleanup and completing other routine kitchen tasks and assigned duties.

Must be fluent in English and able to speak Chinese.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience required.

Requirements

1. Ability to work late hours and handle demanding work willingness to follow management directives.

2. Seeking a stable, long-term commitment must be responsible. No short-term stopgaps or candidates looking to coast minimum commitment of one year required.

3. Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.

4.Requires standing for long periods.
