Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Wash, clean, and prepare ducks for roasting or cooking according to SOPs
  • Ensure all ducks are handled and stored properly to maintain freshness and hygiene
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • Able to work within tight deadlines
  • Prior experience kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Monday to Friday 0715hrs - 1730hrs & Saturday 0715hrs - 1700hrs)
