Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, portioning, and assembly of desserts according to recipes and production schedules
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, baking, and packaging
- Ensure all food items are properly labelled, stored, and rotated according to food safety standards (FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils at all times
- Transport end product to fridge
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dessert production environment preferred but not required - training provided
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting
- Pleasant personality and team player
- Monday to Friday 0815hrs - 1730hrs
