Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, portioning, and assembly of desserts according to recipes and production schedules
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with ingredient preparation, weighing, mixing, baking, and packaging
  • Ensure all food items are properly labelled, stored, and rotated according to food safety standards (FIFO)
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils at all times
  • Transport end product to fridge
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dessert production environment preferred but not required - training provided
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting
  • Pleasant personality and team player
  • Monday to Friday 0815hrs - 1730hrs
