Job Description:
. Maintain safe food handling practices and station cleanliness
. Assist in food preparation (e.g. cutting of fruits and vegetables)
. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.
. Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
. Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils and etc).
. Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.
. Assist in Cashiering

. Working Location: Tuas
. Working hours: 6 days work week, 5am-2pm
