Kitchen Assistant cum Cashier

We're hiring a Kitchen Assistant cum Cashier to serve customers at the counter, manage delivery orders and assist with simple food preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Receive and process GrabFood and foodpanda orders.

• Prepare simple menu items such as fried eggs, moo ping and spring rolls.

• Keep the counter and kitchen clean, assist with dishwashing where required, and support the team during busy periods.

Requirements

• Able to take orders independently and handle payments accurately.

• Comfortable with light deep-frying, cleaning and dishwashing in a fast-paced kitchen.

• F&B, cashiering or kitchen experience is preferred.

• Hold a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification or be willing to obtain it before starting food-handling duties.

Work schedule and pay

• 5-day work week . SGD 2,500 per month

• 6-day work week . SGD 2,900 per month, with one weekly rest day

Rostered shifts may include weekends and public holidays. Listed pay excludes commissions and incentives.
