Job Title: Kitchen Assistant (Central)

The Opportunity:
- Our client is a Leading Live Entertainment Company in Singapore and they are currently seeking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support the daily operations of the kitchen.
- The role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, handling basic kitchen duties, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation and ingredient handling
- Wash, cut, peel, and portion ingredients as required
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and cooking items according to instructions
- Wash utensils, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
- Ensure proper storage of food, ingredients, and supplies
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory arrangement
- Dispose of waste and keep workstations clean and organised
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Support opening and closing kitchen duties
Job Requirements:
- Possesses an O levels minimally
- Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage
- Able to work in a hot, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
