Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen / food production facility
Supervise the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine products, including grilled fish sauces, marinades, and related food items
Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to standard recipes
Manage and train kitchen production staff
Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with Singapore regulations
Monitor inventory of ingredients and coordinate with procurement for supply
Improve production efficiency and workflow in the central kitchen
Ensure compliance with food safety and operational SOPs
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a central kitchen, food production facility, or Chinese restaurant kitchen
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine preparation and large-scale food production
Experience managing kitchen teams and coordinating food production processes
Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
