Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen / food production facility

  • Supervise the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine products, including grilled fish sauces, marinades, and related food items

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to standard recipes

  • Manage and train kitchen production staff

  • Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with Singapore regulations

  • Monitor inventory of ingredients and coordinate with procurement for supply

  • Improve production efficiency and workflow in the central kitchen

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and operational SOPs

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a central kitchen, food production facility, or Chinese restaurant kitchen

  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine preparation and large-scale food production

  • Experience managing kitchen teams and coordinating food production processes

  • Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
