Job Description
Reporting to the Chef of the assigned pre-school and working closely with the Kitchen Team, Administrative Executive / Assistant will be responsible for assigned administrative jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the school.
Job Role & Responsibilities
. Assist in kitchen procurement data entry for schools
. Keep track of school food delivery report and kitchen equipment inventory
. Keep track of school catering number and event catering request
. Keep track of food hygiene checklist reports for schools
. Update school kitchen maintenance report timely
. Keep track of contract renewal of grease cleaning
. Update and keep record of food incident reports
. Assist to purchase safety shoes and uniforms as and when needed
Job Requirements
. Minimum qualification of a Certificate from accredited institute
. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative skills
. Working experience in school setting is desirable
. Proficient in Microsoft and IT savvy
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to multi-task and work independently
