Join Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, a team passionate about redefining the future of payments through innovative technology. You'll play a crucial role in our recently established on-Partior services product line, focused on transforming payments with next-generation blockchain infrastructure.

As a Product Manager within Kinexys, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Kinexys products with a focus on On-Partior Services. You will be part of a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, tasked with providing clients with next-generation cash management, virtual account structures, and payment products. Your expertise will drive the rollout of multi-asset, multi-currency, and blockchain-enabled account capabilities, delivering differentiated ledgering solutions that set Kinexys apart from traditional offerings in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive volume expansion and commercialization of JP Morgan's multi-currency settlement offering on the Distributed ledger technology based Partior Network.
  • Partner with JP Morgan regional payments product teams to define the product roadmap and cross-border payments volume expansion plan for JP Morgan participant branches connected to the Partior Network.
  • Partner with FI sales, Kinexys Sales and Client solutions team to expand the Partior network and onboard new participant banks for USD settlement bank.
  • Manage the client specific requirements for end-to-end product management and successful execution
  • Oversee the onboarding of new participant banks onto the Partior Network to provide currency settlement, ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, and Service teams to uplift product features, identify and remove any obstacles to participant bank processing, enabling efficient transaction flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage the onboarding process and documentation for new participant banks.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to develop commercial strategies and client-facing materials that support product commercialization and market adoption.
  • Monitor competitors, competitive products, and market trends to ensure JPMorgan maintains a leading position and proactively adapts to industry developments.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of Payments or relevant product management experience in cross border payments, clearing and settlement and account solutions.
  • Experience in defining product expansion plan and commercialization strategy.
  • Strong collaboratorwith proven ability to work alongside cross-functional partners, including Account Management, Technology, and Operations.
  • Strategic thinkerwith the ability to conceptualize advanced account frameworks (virtualization, multi-asset, multi-currency, blockchain), prioritize initiatives, and connect the dots across business and functional areas to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Execution-focused and action-orientedwith experience in highly cross-functional organizations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Product management experiencein multi-asset/multi-currency solutions, or blockchain-based ledgering.
  • Technical experiencewith payments, account management systems, and distributed ledger technologies.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, account structures, cash management, and digital asset solutions.
