Kindergarten Teacher - part time short term post

Rain Trees International Kindergarten is a well-established private preschool that provides an outstanding English-based education for children aged 18 months to 6 years old.

We are currently seeking a part-time teacher to join our dedicated team on a short term contract from January 2026 to July 2026. The working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, caring, and passionate about working with young children, with a commitment to providing high-quality early years education in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children aged 18 months to 6 years.
• Prepare engaging learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity, and fun.
• Support children's independence and foster curiosity through play-based learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that reflects the school's values and ethos.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Education, Teaching, Training, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the British National Curriculum (EYFS) or an equivalent play-based curriculum.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience in a similar setting.
• A fun-loving, energetic, and positive approach to teaching.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and flexible attitude.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
