Kindergarten Care Supervisor (Sembawang)

About the Role
We are enhancing our Kindergarten Care operations and are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role supports the smooth running of the Centre and contributes to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Centre Operations & Safety
- Oversee daily KCare operations to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment
- Ensure staff-child ratios are maintained at all times
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the Centre

Programme Planning & Implementation
- Plan and implement activities aligned with the MOE Kindergarten Care Guide
- Support children's well-being and development through meaningful learning experiences

Leadership & Staff Support
- Lead and guide Programme Staff in daily routines and classroom practices
- Build strong rapport with parents, school partners and external stakeholders
- Step in for classroom duties during staff absence

Administration
- Handle essential administrative duties related to centre operations

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Leadership
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preschool/KCare/early years setting
- Strong leadership, communication and classroom management skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm during emergencies
