This programme combines professional training, hands-on experience and a clear career pathway, offering you the opportunity to build specialised EV skills and grow with a trusted automotive powerhouse.
Programme Commencement: October 2026
Programme Type: Paid EV Bootcamp → Paid Internship → Full-Time Career Opportunity
Programme Structure & Career Pathway
Phase 1: KIA EV Bootcamp (2 months)
* Structured classroom learning and hands-on practical training
* Exposure to KIA EV systems
* EV Level 1 Certification upon successful completion of assessment
Phase 2: Full-Time Internship (10 Months) **
* On-the-job training under experienced EV specialists
* Real-world exposure to KIA EV servicing and diagnostics
* Opportunity for conversion to permanent employment, subject to performance
** Note: As the EV Bootcamp is fully sponsored, the internship phase will be subject to a training bond. Terms and conditions apply.
