Key Accounts Operations Associate / Senior Associate


Role Purpose

We are seeking a Key Accounts Operations Associate / Senior Associate to join our Logistics Operations team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Key Accounts & Client Success Singapore / South Asia, you will predominantly be responsible for liaising with different stakeholders to coordinate activities in the end-to-end global supply chain for key major clients in Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for driving vendor management processes and controls forward to ensure targets are achieved and meeting internal and Client SLAs.


Your Tasks

  • Coordinate Distribution Centre operations, 3rd Party Logistics partners (3PLs), Air freight forward and last mile partners throughout the supply chains within remit.
  • Monitor and analyse lane performance data to generate reports and ensure timely upkeep of control tower dashboard for real-time visibility.
  • Conduct services resolution efficiently and effectively with clear contingency and escalation process.
  • Document, implement and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the key regional logistics processes in hubs and 3PLs.
  • Support in the management of allocated 3PLs to establish facts, solve complex challenges, and establish corrective action plans to improve supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders along the supply chain for daily end-to-end logistics performances to ensure all KPIs and business metrics are achieved, implement action plans for key challenges in areas.
  • Provide insights and support in logistics operations for the implementation of projects involving the development of new products, establishment of new lanes, and onboarding of new customers.
  • Maximise use of available technologies to deliver against targets and improve the speed and accuracy of the supply chains.


Your Profile

A. Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within global parcel freight.
  • Experience with parcel freight management on a global scale and last mile carrier management is essential.
  • Experience of export of goods by air, Customs processes & Dangerous Goods by Air is essential.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced eCommerce or parcel freight business is desirable.
  • High level of MS Office capability, excellent Excel skills, strong PowerPoint & Word capability.
  • Strong influencing skill with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing Clients directly through regular reporting, KPIs & improvement plans.
