Role Overview

We are seeking a Key Account Sales & User Training Specialist to drive revenue growth while ensuring customers successfully adopt and utilize our solutions. This hybrid role combines B2B sales, account management, and user enablement, supporting both commercial success and customer competency.

The Key Account Sales & User Training Specialist will manage the full sales cycle for key accounts while delivering structured user training that improves product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Sales & Account Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in the CRM.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and value-based presentations to decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • Develop account plans to identify growth opportunities, manage relationships, and support renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to relay customer insights, support campaigns, and represent the company at industry events when required.

2. User Training & Enablement

  • Deliver user training programs (onsite or virtual), including onboarding, refresher sessions, advanced training, and train-the-trainer workshops.

  • Assess training needs across different user groups and tailor training approaches accordingly.

  • Develop and maintain user enablement materials such as guides, SOPs, quick reference resources, and training content.

  • Track training outcomes and adoption metrics, working with Customer Success and Support teams to improve onboarding and product usage.

3. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, training sessions, and account updates within the CRM system.

  • Monitor pipeline progression and maintain reliable forecasts.

  • Track training participation, competency outcomes, and customer feedback.

  • Generate reports and insights to identify revenue opportunities, product adoption trends, and potential risks.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • 2-5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience in customer/product training preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and productivity platforms.
  • Strengths in value selling, instructional facilitation, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and multitasking.

Bonus Points If You.

  • Power Tools industry experience.
  • Knowledge of LMS or elearning tools.
  • Sales methodology certifications (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPICED).
  • TraintheTrainer or adult learning certifications.
  • Multilingual abilities based on market needs.
