Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our global partnerships team. This role will focus on building and managing enterprise-level client relationships within the travel and aviation sector (OTAs, airlines, hotels, telecoms, and related industries), driving overseas expansion across Europe and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2B enterprise sales and the ability to manage the full sales cycle in an international context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enterprise B2B Sales from market segmentation, prospecting, and solution presentations to negotiation and closing for enterprise clients in travel, aviation, and hospitality.
  • Manage Global Account and build long-term partnerships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions in membership systems, travel-related software, and service platforms.
  • Market Development & Expansion such as conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and lead overseas expansion (Europe & Southeast Asia) from 01 stage.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration with teams in APAC, Europe, and North America to align strategies, ensure seamless project delivery, and resolve client service issues.
  • Performance & Risk Management of account performance, analyze sales data, and develop strategies for growth, client retention, and risk control.

Key Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years in business development or key account management within OTAs, airlines, hotels, or related travel industries, with global market exposure.
  • Proven success in selling software, solutions, or systems to enterprise-level clients, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to lead international expansion efforts and manage clients across multiple regions; willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Strong capability in client needs analysis, crafting tailored solutions, and providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced global environments.
