About this role
You will own and scale The Purest Co's offline retail presence across pharmacies, supermarkets, and strategic retail partners, leading key accounts end-to-end. As we expand regionally, this role offers regional exposure, travel opportunities, and a clear pathway into broader commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned regional key retail accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, distribution, and margin targets
- Lead listing discussions, trading term negotiations, and promotional planning with strong commercial acumen
- Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising standards, and display execution are consistently met
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Oversee operational execution across accounts, including stock management, display compliance, and promotional rollouts
- Provide hands-on guidance to ensure smooth operational processes and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align retail campaigns and activations
- Manage and mentor account support teams, fostering accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or key account management within FMCG, health, or beauty categories
- Proven track record managing pharmacy chains, modern trade, or health & beauty retailers
- Strong negotiation and relationship management and operational execution skills
- Demonstrated ability to oversee account operations, troubleshoot challenges, and drive process improvements
- Analytical, commercially driven, and execution-focused, with strong leadership and team management capabilities
