The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be allocated to a specific category such as Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, Lifestyle & Social. The exact category you will focus on will be determined prior to your joining, based on knowledge and experience after assessment with the Hiring Teams.
Job Description
- In charge of a set of key accounts to groom their performance on Shopee
- Analyse accounts&apos performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimise accounts&apos performance
- Work with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts&apos ambitions
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, revenue, and operations teams, to ensure all executions are completed successfully
- Engage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets
- Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy
- Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in any fieldRelevant account management and category management experience will be a plus
- Experience in e-commerce industry is preferred
- Good communication capability and enjoy client-facing work
- Good analytical skills
- A goal getter and a good team player, not afraid to take on challenges
