Responsibilities
- Use customer data and insights to identify and execute proactive sales opportunities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve revenue, margin and service targets
- Act as the main point of contact, owning all customer interactions and relationships
- Develop and maintain clear account plans, sales targets and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Build strong, long-term partnerships through trust, reliability and continuous improvement
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure aligned execution, SLA delivery and issue resolution
- Escalate risks or roadblocks and provide constructive input to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Engineering, Sales, Business or related field
- Min. 5 years experience in key/account management
- Proven track record in driving sales growth
- Results-oriented, solution-focused and future-driven mindset
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally when required
