Job Description
- Drive sales development across a portfolio of countries to meet corporate objectives
- Enhance product knowledge and train partners marketing teams and salesforces
- Organise local and international events to strengthen brand visibility
- Monitor and implement sales and marketing initiatives in existing markets
- Build and manage annual budgets and sales forecasts
- Identify and engage potential affiliate partners for new market entry
- Lead negotiations and finalise distribution agreements
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs for product registration and listing
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, science, business or related field
- Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in sales/business development
- Demonstrate excellent communication
- Comfortable with frequent business travelling
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Prior international exposure and ability to thrive in multicultural environments
