KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES)
Job Title: Strategic Account Executive
What you'll achieve:
Outseer/RSA Security is seeking a high-performing Strategic AccountExecutive with deep tenure in the Fraud and FinTech industry, ideally includingdirect selling experience in Behavioral Biometrics and/or 3DS. This role willbe responsible for driving revenue growth through acquisition of new logos.
You will own the full salescycle-partnering with internal stakeholders and external alliances-to developterritory growth strategies, cultivate executive-level relationships, anddeliver tailored, value-driven solutions. Success in this role requires a collaborative,team-selling approach and the ability to navigate complex enterpriseenvironments, especially with Tier-1 Financial Institutions.
Essential Duties
. Meetor exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
. Drivefull-cycle pipeline management-prospecting, qualifying, and closing business togrow your territory.
. Leadaccount management for Tier-1 Financial Institutions, with the ability toengage in-depth on topics such as banking fraud, payments, 3DS, and behavioralbiometrics.
. Establishand maintain strong executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
. Conductcompelling, consultative sales presentations that clearly demonstrate solutionvalue and ROI.
. Navigateand negotiate complex, high-value deals manage contracts and pricing strategyto maximize profitability.
. Developand maintain accurate, real-time records in CRM and produce regular accountstatus reports.
. Collaboratewith Sales Engineering, Product, Security, Marketing, and Executive Leadershipto build a cohesive go-to-market approach.
. Attendindustry events and customer engagements to boost brand visibility andrelationship depth.
DesiredRequirements
. Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Marketing, or related field MBA preferred.
. 12+years of direct enterprise sales experience, including account management andnew business acquisition.
. Demonstratedsuccess selling fraud prevention or FinTech solutions-experience withBehavioral Biometrics and/or 3DS is highly desirable.
. Provenability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and land large strategicdeals.
. Strategicthinker with hands-on experience in territory planning, pipeline development,and deal execution.
. Deepunderstanding of the fraud landscape within financial services, includingregulatory trends, threat vectors, and customer pain points.
. Skilledin value-based and consultative selling approaches.
. Strongrelationship builder-able to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
. Detail-oriented,highly organized, and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
. Excellentpresentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
. Abilityto work effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced, highlycollaborative setting.
. Availablefor local and overnight travel (up to 50%)
