Regional Sales Manager (Account Manager/Business Development/Engineer/Executive)
Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing Semiconductor machines. They are currently seeking for a Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and marketing of semiconductor equipment
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Manage and expand key customer accounts (foundries, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, distributors).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in front-end/back-end semiconductor processes, advanced packaging, and emerging technologies (e.g., SiC, GaN, AI/5Gapplications).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations,and technical discussions.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on market and competitive intelligence
- Represent the company at tradeshows, technical seminars, and industry conferences.
- Support sales in additional territories within and beyond Southeast Asia as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Marketing, with additional sales management training preferred.
- Min 3 years of semiconductor equipment sales experience (preferably in back-end processes).
- Familiarity with fab and OSATworkflows, qualification processes, and CapEx planning cycles.
- Established customer network,especially within packaging, assembly, and test houses.
- Strong organizational,communication, and presentation skills.
- Overseas travelling is required
