Spearhead regional commercial growth initiatives for strategic brand partners on the Shopee platform
Drive joint business planning by leveraging data analytics and deep category insights, ensuring alignment with brand and platform objectives
Collaborate with local Shopee teams to identify business challenges and growth opportunities, and proactively develop solutions for key accounts
Conduct in-depth category performance analysis to uncover business gaps and recommend targeted strategies across marketing, pricing, and assortment to accelerate regional growth
Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives and enhance value for brand partners
Engage with C-suite and senior leadership, both internally and externally, to drive alignment on strategic priorities and business-critical initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
Minimally 5 years of working experience in management consulting, or the e-commerce industry, or has a passion for the e-commerce or beauty industry
Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytical skills
Excellent organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis and modelling will be an advantage
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
Willingness to take on hands-on, day-to-day operational work to gain a deeper understanding and drive progress
